Santosh is a Patent Associate at StratJuris Partners. He has completed Bachelor of engineering degree in Production Engineering (SPPU, Pune) and Master of Technology in Manufacturing System Engineering from SLIET, Punjab (Deemed university est. by Govt. of India under MHRD). He ranked 137 in GATE exam of Production and Industrial Engineering at all India level. He has published many research papers in Scopus index journal as well as National and International conferences. He has four years of teaching experience.
Santosh specializes in Patent protection, Preparing and Prosecuting Patent applications relating to different areas of mechanical engineering, renewable energy, 3D printing, modern manufacturing processes, operation research, industrial engineering techniques and so on. Santosh has an extensive experience in Patent Searching, Drafting, Filing and Prosecution with Indian & overseas Patent Office and has worked on patent invalidation cases as well as a wide variety of intellectual property disputes.
