The new office in Mumbai is being managed by, highly qualified Lawyer and Patent Agent, Ms. Pooja Shah who is a Managing Associate with Stratjuris Law Partners.
Pooja has 6+ years of experience in Intellectual Property domain focusing on Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs. She has completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy and LLB from University of Mumbai. She has also pursued a Post grad diploma in Patent law and practise from NMIMS University.
Pooja specializes in Patent search, drafting, Preparing and Prosecuting Patent applications relating to Pharma, Chemistry, Mechanical, Polymer based industries in India and abroad.
Pooja has worked in a Corporate as an IP Head and she has an extensive experience in Trademark filing and Prosecution with Indian & overseas Trademark Office and has worked on Trademark infringement cases as well. Further, she has been involved in matters related to Design infringement and prosecution which have contributed to strengthening her overall IP expertise.
Pooja has been a speaker in various Colleges and in various IP conference in India.
