Samendra is a graduate with a degree in Automobile Engineering from Shivaji University and Master’s in Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Centre. In his 9 years as patent professional Samendra has assisted Institutes and MNC in filing and managing their patent portfolio. His is expertise lies in Patent Drafting and Prosecution, and Patent Analytics in the field of Software, Electronics, Mechanical, and Telecommunication.
In is role at various level and organisation Samendra has handled Patent Drafting and prosecution projects for Domestic and International clients including advising client on IP strategy and portfolio management.
Samendra has conducted IP and drafting training conference and session at Educational Institute and Other Organizations. He has experience in the patent opposition process and has assisted team with Patent Litigation, and conducting raids.
