Pooja possesses 8 years’ experience in full spectrum of HR Management such as – handling Human Resources Management, HR Operations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, Designing & Formulation of HR Policies etc.
